Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1/4 cup finely diced bell peppers (any color)

1/4 cup diced cucumber

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.

Add the chopped green onions, diced bell peppers, and cucumber to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.

Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the tortilla, leaving about half an inch from the edges.

Roll the tortilla tightly from one side to the other, ensuring the filling stays inside. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.

Once all tortillas are rolled, use a sharp knife to slice each roll into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch thick.

Arrange the tortilla bites on a platter and garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.

              Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Servings: 6-8

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the tortilla bites on a decorative platter, possibly arranging them in a circular pattern. You can also add a small bowl of ranch or salsa on the side for dipping.
