4 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup diced bell peppers (red or yellow for sweetness)

1/4 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, diced bell peppers, bacon bits (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly blended.

    Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla.

      Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and cream cheese mixture.

        Once rolled, wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

          After chilling, remove the tortillas from the refrigerator. Using a sharp knife, slice each log into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch thick.

            Arrange the tortilla bites on a serving platter. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish before serving.
