Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Ground Beef: Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

Make the Sauce: Reduce the heat to medium. Stir in the heavy cream, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring the mixture to a simmer. Allow it to cook for approximately 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the noodles in the creamy beef sauce. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and evenly distributed.

Season: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Serve: Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
