Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

3 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3–4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.

Brown the Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Create the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Reduce heat to low and add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, ensuring the pasta is fully coated in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until heated through.

Serve and Enjoy: Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot. Enjoy your creamy beef and bowtie pasta!
