Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

12 oz rotini pasta

3 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, cook the rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add diced onions and sauté until translucent (about 3-4 minutes). Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain any excess fat.

Add Garlic and Seasonings: Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.

Make the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Allow it to simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Everything: Add the cooked rotini and spinach to the skillet, gently folding everything together until the pasta is coated in the creamy sauce and the spinach is wilted.

Serve: Plate the creamy beef and rotini, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley. Enjoy your delicious meal!
