1 lb ground beef

8 oz medium pasta shells

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.

      Add the Beef: Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
