8 ounces fettuccine pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips

Salt and pepper to taste

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
