Instructions
Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts.
Sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring well to combine with the garlic. Allow it to simmer gently for about 2-3 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens slightly.
Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it well with the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the chicken through.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
