Ingredients
  

1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a spicy kick)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

      Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, drained spinach, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

        Add the lemon juice, and season the mixture with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix everything until well combined.

          Transfer the dip into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is slightly golden.

              Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
