Ingredients

12 oz fresh or frozen ravioli (cheese or spinach filling)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh spinach, packed

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil, for garnish

Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, until they start to soften.

Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the heavy cream, giving it a good stir to combine. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken slightly.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

Gently fold in the cooked ravioli, ensuring they are well coated in the sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes, if desired.
