12 oz cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)

2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Cook the Ravioli: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
