Ingredients
  

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

3 cups fresh spinach

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

      Toss in the shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

        In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

          Add the fresh spinach and stir until wilted, about 2 minutes.

            Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.

              Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and let the sauce simmer for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.

                Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.

                  Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
