Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

2 cups cooked jasmine rice

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)

1/2 cup carrots, julienned

2 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)

Cooked sesame seeds, for garnish

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Beef: In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil. Once hot, add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Flavor: Push the beef to one side of the skillet. In the cleared space, add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, mix everything together.

Season the Beef: Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Sprinkle the cornstarch over the mixture to help absorb moisture and enhance crispiness. Stir well to combine.

Incorporate Vegetables: Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: In serving bowls, layer the cooked jasmine rice. Top with the crispy beef and vegetable mixture. Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Enjoy: Serve hot and enjoy your deliciously crispy beef rice bowl!
