1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and deboned

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 large egg, beaten

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons olive oil

Chopped green onions for garnish

Lemon wedges for serving

Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes (about 1-inch pieces). Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Set aside.

    Set Up Breading Station: In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs.
