4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred for extra crunch)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 large eggs

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for an easy cleanup.

    In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to incorporate all the flavors.

      Set up a dredging station: In another shallow dish, place the flour. In a third dish, whisk the eggs until fully combined.

        Take each chicken breast and first coat it in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then, dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crust.

          Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).

            While the chicken is baking, prepare the garlic sauce: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes), but be careful not to burn it.

              Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Allow it to simmer for about 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.

                Once the chicken is crispy and done, remove it from the oven and drizzle the rich garlic sauce generously over each piece.
