2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended for extra crunch)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until all the florets are evenly coated.

      Add Cheese and Breadcrumbs: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs over the seasoned cauliflower. Toss again to ensure all the florets are well-coated with the cheesy mixture.
