Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie is perfect)

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional for extra flavor)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving

Instructions

In your crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, and buffalo wing sauce. Stir until well mixed.

Add in the shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. If you love blue cheese, add that too for a superb flavor.

Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is fully heated and creamy.

Once everything is melted and well combined, taste and adjust the buffalo sauce according to your preferred spice level.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping, and enjoy your spicy, cheesy creation!
