Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup cranberry sauce (preferably homemade or natural)

1/4 cup BBQ sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well blended.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should have approximately 20-24 meatballs.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.

Place the meatballs in the bottom of the crockpot. Pour the cranberry sauce mixture evenly over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated.

Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.

Once cooked, gently stir the meatballs to coat them in the sauce before serving.

If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley for added color and flavor.

                Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 6 hr | Servings: 4-6

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the meatballs in a large serving bowl with toothpicks for easy picking, and drizzle extra sauce over the top. Enjoy with a side of crusty bread or over rice!
