2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies (canned)

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup diced onion

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or veggie sticks for serving

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes (with juices), and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.

    Add the chopped spinach, diced red bell pepper, diced onion, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

      Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker, spreading it evenly across the surface.

        Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Let it cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.

          Once done, stir the dip well before serving. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

            Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggie sticks for dipping.
