Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup

Salt and pepper to taste

½ red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

Instructions

Begin by preparing the cucumbers. Slice them thinly and place them in a colander. Sprinkle a little salt over the slices and let them sit for about 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, and honey. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.

After the cucumbers have rested, pat them dry with a paper towel to remove the moisture. This will ensure your salad isn't watery.

Add the sliced cucumbers to the yogurt mixture along with the red onion and cherry tomatoes. Gently fold everything together to coat the vegetables evenly.

Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. If you like a bit of heat, sprinkle in some crushed red pepper flakes.

Transfer the salad to a serving bowl, cover it, and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

              Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Serve in a clear bowl to showcase the vibrant colors of the vegetables. Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill and a few slices of lemon on the rim for an added touch.
