Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. The batter will be thick.
Gently fold in the shredded coconut and dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Serve warm with a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top and a dollop of vegan whipped cream for an extra touch!
