Ingredients

1 large loaf of French bread or Italian bread

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

6 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

1 cup ranch dressing

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnishing)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread: Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and gently scoop out some of the insides to create space for the filling. Set the scooped-out bread aside for another use (like breadcrumbs).

Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.

Stuff the Bread: Generously fill both halves of the bread with the chicken, bacon, and cheese mixture. Press down lightly to pack it in well.

Bake the Stuffed Bread: Place the stuffed bread halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the edges start to turn golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top for garnish. Slice into portions and serve warm.
