16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup dill pickles, finely chopped

¼ cup green onions, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

1 cup crushed garlic-flavored crackers (plus extra for garnishing)

Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Use a hand mixer or a spoon to blend until smooth and creamy.

    Add the finely chopped dill pickles, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the cheese mixture. Stir until well incorporated.

      Shape the mixture into a ball with your hands. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

        Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the plastic wrap and roll it in the crushed garlic-flavored crackers until evenly coated.

          Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh dill on top.

            Serve alongside additional crackers or vegetable sticks for dipping.
