Ingredients

3 cups Rice Chex cereal

3 cups Corn Chex cereal

1 cup pretzel twists

1 cup mixed unsalted nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews)

1/2 cup dill pickle seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (check for non-alcoholic variety)

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

1 cup dill pickle slices (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzel twists, and mixed nuts. Toss gently to combine.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, dill pickle seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper if using.

Pour the butter mixture over the Chex mix and toss until all components are evenly coated.

Spread the mixture out in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting.

Remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes. You can stir in extra dill pickle seasoning at this stage if desired.

For an extra touch, you can garnish the mix with dill pickle slices on top before serving.
