Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional for extra flavor)

Fresh dill sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until smooth and well-combined.

Lay out one flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the tortilla.

Evenly distribute the finely chopped dill pickles over the cream cheese layer, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese and, if using, a layer of crumbled bacon.

Carefully start at one edge of the tortilla and roll it tightly into a log shape, making sure to keep the filling inside as much as possible.

Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas, then wrap each pinwheel log tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to help them set.

Once chilled, remove the pinwheel logs from the refrigerator and discard the plastic wrap. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs if desired.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes | Servings: 20 pinwheels

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve on a colorful platter with a small bowl of extra ranch dressing for dipping. You can also place toothpicks in each pinwheel for easy handling at parties.
