Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker crust

2 cups of boiling water

1 packet (3 oz) of your favorite flavored Jello (e.g., strawberry, raspberry, or lemon)

1 cup of cold water

1 cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mini marshmallows

Fresh fruit slices (strawberries, kiwi, or bananas for decoration)

Whipped cream (for garnish)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, dissolve the flavored Jello into the 2 cups of boiling water, stirring until completely melted.

Once dissolved, mix in 1 cup of cold water. Allow the mixture to cool for about 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.

Once the Jello mixture has cooled, gently fold in the whipped cream until no streaks remain. Add the mini marshmallows and fold them in lightly for an added fun texture.

Pour the Jello mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until it is set completely.

Once set, remove from the refrigerator and decorate the top with fresh fruit slices and a generous dollop of whipped cream.
