Ingredients
  

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional, for flavor)

1/2 cup milk

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons melted butter

Oil spray (for greasing)

Your favorite toppings (e.g., powdered sugar, chocolate glaze, cinnamon sugar)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg until well combined.

    In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter until fully combined.

      Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; be careful not to over-mix the batter.

        Transfer the donut batter into a piping bag or a zip-top bag with a corner snipped off. This will help you pipe the batter evenly into the molds.

          Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.

            Spray the donut mold with oil to prevent sticking. Pipe the batter into each donut cavity about 2/3 full.

              Place the donut mold in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

                Carefully remove the donuts from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.

                  While the donuts are cooling, prepare your toppings. For a simple glaze, mix powdered sugar with a splash of milk until smooth, or roll the warm donuts in cinnamon sugar.

                    Dip, drizzle, or roll your donuts in the desired toppings for that perfect finishing touch!
