2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup biscuit mix

1/2 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

      Add the shredded chicken and frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet, stirring until combined.

        In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour this mixture into the skillet and stir well to combine with the chicken and vegetables.

          Transfer the chicken and vegetable mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

            In a separate bowl, combine the biscuit mix and milk until a soft dough forms. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture over the chicken filling, covering it as evenly as possible.

              Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the biscuit dough.
