Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.

Mix in Cheese: Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Add minced garlic and mix well.

Prepare Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc using your hands or a rolling pin.

Assemble Bombs: Place a generous spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Brush & Bake: Place the filled bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Garnish & Serve: Once baked, let cool slightly. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top for garnish and serve warm.
