Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or turkey)

1 cup elbow macaroni

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef broth

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the ground beef (or turkey) to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until the meat is browned all over. Drain excess fat if needed.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and dried Italian herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour in the beef broth and milk, then add the elbow macaroni. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the macaroni is cooked al dente and the sauce has thickened.

Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
