Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced fresh jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional, for a crunchy topping)

1 tbsp olive oil (if using panko)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Stir in the diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches). If you’re using panko for a crunchy topping, mix the panko breadcrumbs with olive oil in a small bowl, then sprinkle evenly over the dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced veggies for dipping.
