Ingredients

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

1 cup steamed broccoli florets

1 cup cauliflower rice

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Use a whisk or spatula to mix until smooth and creamy.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and cauliflower rice to the sauce mixture. Stir well until everything is evenly coated.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Grease a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) casserole dish with a bit of olive oil or cooking spray. Pour the chicken mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole.

Top it Off: Finally, add the grated Parmesan cheese to create a nice golden crust when baked.

Bake the Casserole: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is slightly golden.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove the casserole from the oven. Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
