Ingredients
  

1 can of refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    On a clean surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Roll it to maintain an even thickness.

      Cut the dough into 2x2 inch squares using a pizza cutter or knife.

        In a bowl, mix the marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, Pepperoni slices, Italian herbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined.

          Place a tablespoon of the filling mixture in the center of each dough square.

            Gather the corners of the dough square and pinch them together tightly to form a sealed ball. Ensure there are no openings.

              Place the pizza bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

                Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.

                  Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

                    Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

                      Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
