Ingredients
  

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni (or any preferred toppings)

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the tortillas: Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Lightly brush one side with olive oil to help crisp them up when cooking.

    Spread the sauce: On the unbrushed side of each tortilla, spread about 1/4 cup of pizza sauce evenly.

      Add toppings: Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the sauce. Lay your desired toppings (pepperoni, bell pepper, red onion) evenly over the cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top for added flavor.

        Fold the tortilla: Carefully fold the tortilla in half, covering the toppings. You may also fold the edges slightly inward for a more secure wrap.

          Cook the wrap: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the folded tortilla in the skillet (brushed side down) and cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Flip it to the other side and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

            Serve: Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute. Slice the wraps into wedges and garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
