1 pre-made pizza dough

1 cup cooked corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon chili powder (adjust to taste)

2 green onions, finely sliced

Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Sliced jalapeños for a spicy kick

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) or according to the directions of your pizza dough.

    Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.

      In a bowl, mix together the cooked corn kernels, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

        Spread the corn mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough. Make sure to leave a little space around the edges for the crust.

          Scatter the crumbled cotija cheese over the corn mixture, then add the sliced green onions and jalapeños if using.

            Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.

              Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro for freshness.

                Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before slicing into wedges.
