Ingredients

1 lb fresh crab meat (or canned, drained and flaked)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, red bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined and creamy.

Form the Bombs: Using your hands, take a scoop of the crab mixture (about 2 tablespoons) and shape it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.

Coat with Panko: In a shallow dish, add the panko breadcrumbs. Roll each crab ball in the breadcrumbs until fully coated. Place them back on the baking sheet.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crab bombs are golden brown and heated through.

Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
