Ingredients

1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 package refrigerated crescent dough

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until they become soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the sliced roast beef, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the beef is heated through and slightly reduces.

On a floured surface, unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a greased baking dish so that they overlap slightly, covering the bottom completely.

Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the crescent dough in the baking dish.

Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheeses on top of the beef mixture.

Take the remaining crescent dough triangles and arrange them over the top to cover the filling, pinching edges to seal.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares.

Serve warm with a side of remaining beef broth for dipping.

                      Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                        - Presentation Tips: Garnish with fresh parsley on top of the squares before serving, and use small bowls for the dipping broth to create an appealing presentation.
