4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, and romaine)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1 bell pepper (any color), chopped

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup almonds, roughly chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Start by washing all the vegetables. Rinse the mixed greens under cold water and dry them well using a salad spinner or patting them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
