Ingredients
  

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (10 biscuits)

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Optional: chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Mix well until all the chocolate is coated with marshmallows. Set aside.

    Take each biscuit and flatten it out with your fingers or a rolling pin until it’s about ¼ inch thick.

      Place a spoonful of the marshmallow-chocolate mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.

        Gather the edges of the biscuit dough together and pinch them to seal the filling inside, ensuring there are no gaps.

          Once sealed, gently roll the filled biscuits into balls.

            In a deep pot or frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot (about 350°F or 175°C).

              Carefully drop the S'mores bombs into the hot oil, frying them in batches to prevent overcrowding. Fry them for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

                Remove the fried bombs using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

                  Allow them to cool for a couple of minutes. Then, dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
