Ingredients
  

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

4 large graham crackers, crushed into crumbs

1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

    Once melted, mix in the mini marshmallows and let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly.

      On a clean surface, take a biscuit dough round and flatten it out with your hands.

        Place a spoonful of the chocolate-marshmallow mixture in the center of the dough.

          Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Make sure there are no leaks.

            Toss the sealed balls in the crushed graham cracker crumbs, ensuring they are evenly coated.

              In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

                Carefully place the s'mores bombs in the hot oil, frying them in batches for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

                  Remove the fried s'mores bombs and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

                    Once slightly cooled, dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
