4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the garlic butter: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, but not browned.

      Add flavor: Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, mixing well.
