8 oz. egg noodles

1 lb. flank steak, sliced thinly

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

2 green onions, chopped

Salt to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

Cook the Noodles: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Steak: In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with black pepper, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes.

      Sear the Steak: In a large skillet or wok, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once the butter is sizzling, add the marinated steak slices in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
