2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Juice of 1 lemon

4 large tortillas (whole wheat or spinach)

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

¼ cup tzatziki sauce (optional)

Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro) for garnish

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and lemon juice. Add the chicken breasts into the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breasts. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.

      Assemble the Wraps: Take a tortilla and spread a spoonful of tzatziki sauce in the center (if using). Layer on the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomato halves, cucumber slices, feta cheese, and grilled chicken strips.

        Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to top to enclose the filling. Secure with a toothpick if necessary or wrap it in parchment paper.

          Serve: Cut the wraps in half and serve with extra tzatziki sauce on the side. Garnish with fresh herbs for a pop of color and flavor.
