Ingredients

1 package of refrigerated pizza dough

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt, to taste

Parmesan cheese, grated (for sprinkling)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick.

Cut the dough into strips, approximately 1 inch wide and 6 inches long.

Take each strip and tie it into a knot, tucking the ends underneath. Place the knots on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), and a pinch of salt.

Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each knot, making sure to get into the crevices for maximum flavor.

Bake the garlic knots in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven, and while still warm, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Serve warm and enjoy your tasty garlic knots!
