Use your hands to shape the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter. You should get about 20 meatballs from this mixture.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the meatballs in the basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches). Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
