Ingredients

2 lobster tails

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Zest of 1 lemon

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise using a sharp knife or kitchen shears, exposing the meat. Place them on a baking dish, cut-side up.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Reduce the heat to low, and pour in the heavy cream, stirring well to combine. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and smooth.

Season the sauce with salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened slightly.

Pour the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce evenly over each lobster tail, making sure to cover the meat thoroughly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

For a golden top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the lobster tails on a large white platter, drizzling any remaining Alfredo sauce over the top. Add lemon wedges on the side for a burst of freshness and a pop of color.
