Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal and creating a ball.

Roll each filled biscuit ball in grated Parmesan cheese until fully coated and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a serving platter.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and added flavor.
