Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 package of pizza dough (store-bought)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Open the pizza dough package and roll it out onto a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 4x4 inch squares.

Place a generous spoonful of the meat and cheese mixture in the center of each square of dough.

Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to form a tight pocket and pinch the edges to seal completely.

Place the bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.

Brush the tops of each bomb with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops of the bombs for added flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 8 bomb bites
