Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 pack refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1/4 cup melted butter

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.

Shape the Beef: Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into small balls.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the pack of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Gently flatten each biscuit with your hands to create a larger disc.

Assemble the Bombs: Place one beef ball in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.

Apply Butter and Bake: Place the sealed balls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuit is golden brown and cooked through.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy these cheesy, garlicky bombs warm!
