Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the beef mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should get approximately 12 meatballs.

In another bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese and cream cheese until fully combined.

Take a piece of biscuit dough and flatten it into a circle about 3 inches in diameter. Place one meatball in the center, followed by a spoonful of the cheese mixture.

Gather the edges of the biscuit dough and pinch them together to seal the filling inside. Make sure there are no gaps.

Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of the cheeseburger bombs.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
